Our mission

Equip a generation to shape Africa’s future of work.

To boost employment, innovation and inclusion, and empower a talent base of 2,000,000 young Africans with emerging technology and real-world problem-solving skills by 2030.

We work to change the cultural fabric of theoretical learning in communities and prepare them for future careers in STEM-related fields. We equip educators, talents and academic institutions with project-based learning that stimulates creativity and innovation.

Our strategy

Four commitments guide the work.
